A First Aid Instructor educates and assesses adults and young people in the ability to execute emergency aid. A First Aid Instructors run courses to teach people how to respond initially when faced with a situation where a person is injured. First Aid Instructors are required to teach the basic skills of reaction, response, call for help and attention to minor injuries. First Aid Instructors run ‘Mandatory’ courses, which must be renewed each year while also serving the most in demand market ‘Family & Child’. Becoming a Spartan IQ Approved QCF Level 3 First Aid Training Instructor means you are able to teach HSE compliant first aid training courses with the support, resources and certification of an experienced and established awarding organisation. Spartan IQ’s Leading First Aid Approver and training consultant has been in the First Aid industry for over 40 years and is one the country's most experienced and recognised Approvers. All Spartan IQ Training Instructors will undertake a period of initial training or standardisation. Several options are offered to meet a range of skill levels that recognise previous qualifications or experience where appropriate.
